A nothing-week.

I ran Monday-Tuesday: Monday around Croydon, on the London LOOP, which at that point takes in some lovely woodland trails. Tuesday back home, faster than would be sensible downhill back from work, peaking faster than Marathon pace.

So Wednesday-Thursday I suffered from a tight/inflamed upper calf muscle and didn’t run. Then I came down with a cold and took Friday off work, long weekend through to Monday not running and recovering from my cold.
